After a year of set backs and delays, Love Orphanage has just purchased their first vehicle! Just imagine raising 19 children for 6 years with no vehicle. Simple things like grocery shopping, doctor visits, and errands have been a daily struggle.

The uplifting impact of this 15 passenger van is twofold: it will provide much needed transportation for Love Orphanage AND it will generate some income for the orphanage by hiring out transport services – a reliable business in Haiti.

The van purchase was made possible with the support of many people (it takes a village!) Special thanks to the 2016 Haiti Culture Camp Volunteer Team for their fundraising efforts, to the Be a Difference Maker program, to 3HO for the Live to Give Grant, and to all of you who contributed in any way!
